Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
